Our Design Process
After receiving your order, our designers will create a digital proof based on the information you provide us within two business days. We will NOT print your order until you have received a digital proof and have given us your approval. You will have the chance to make changes to your design. You also have the option to see a printed proof before you have approved your order. There is a charge to print and mail these proofs. PLEASE NOTE that if you forego seeing a printed proof of your order all guarantees of reprints due to the way colors or pictures are printed will be voided and you will take full responsibility for any reprint costs. Final payment is due when you approve to print. Before doing so you will need to use the checklist provided with each proof to make sure there are no errors. We will not be responsible for any errors that have been approved. If you have additional questions, please contact us today.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WEDDING STATIONERY

Your wedding stationery does not start and stop with your invitations. Oh, no. There are so many other paper pieces to consider before (save-the-dates), during (menus), and after your wedding (thank you cards). So before you part ways with your stationery designer, make sure you have all of your wedding paper bases covered. Here are 15 stationery pieces you and your beloved might want to have at the ready.

Let’s talk about the weeks and months leading up to your wedding.

First, build your wedding party.

Then there are showers, bachelorette parties, and bachelor parties to attend.

Mail your save-the-dates at least six months prior to your wedding.

And don’t forget to invite your wedding party and other notable guests (typically those traveling in from out of town) to your rehearsal dinner.

Hooray! Your wedding has arrived!

Welcome guests with an itinerary if you’re planning a weekend full of festivities.

Provide everyone with a program at your ceremony.

Help guests find their seats with place cards.

Place menu signs at each place setting or explain the choice at each station at your buffet.

A few weeks after your wedding, there’s still one more thing to do.

Make sure to mail out your thank you notes to your guests.
