Our Design Process
After receiving your order, our designers will create a digital proof based on the information you provide us within two business days. We will NOT print your order until you have received a digital proof and have given us your approval. You will have the chance to make changes to your design. You also have the option to see a printed proof before you have approved your order. There is a charge to print and mail these proofs. PLEASE NOTE that if you forego seeing a printed proof of your order all guarantees of reprints due to the way colors or pictures are printed will be voided and you will take full responsibility for any reprint costs. Final payment is due when you approve to print. Before doing so you will need to use the checklist provided with each proof to make sure there are no errors. We will not be responsible for any errors that have been approved. If you have additional questions, please contact us today.

Sample Instructions For Designers
Below are some examples of how you might tell your designer how you want them to set up your announcement, save the date, thank you card, or other wedding stationary. The key is to not stress too much about communicating everything exactly right. Just do your best and we will send a proof based on what we think you are intending... but rest assured that we will continue to communicate with you and make changes until everything is exactly how you want.

Example 1
I want the general wording to be "Together with their families John Doe & Jane Alsodoe Invite you to celebrate with them as they tie the knot Saturday, August 22nd 2026 Celebration to start at 6:00pm until you are too tired to dance 12345 Fake Street in Riverton, Utah 84065 Please RSVP at theknot.com/johnandjanedoe As we are combining two households, we have everything we need. If you wish to give, we would love a donation to our honeymoon fund Venmo @janealsodoe" I want the holding hands black/white picture as the front of the invite. Color close up of hands as back photo. Head on shoulder as faded background photo under the text on the inside and then the Remaining pictures as the 4 corners inside the fold
( these instructions were based on the template for Gatefold Invitation Style 3 )

Example 2
All the pictures are in the attached zip file. Please unzip to see all the photos. Attached is a picture of the layout I want. I need both receptions places and times side by side. Use the layout as a guide of when to use each font. I also do not like the stock font for our names on the front of Gatefold-1 could you use the font of the front of Gatefold-4 instead? Here is the text for the inside of the invitations: Jim and Jenny Smith invite you to celebrate the marriage of their daughter Janae Elizabeth Smith to Jordan Scott Taylor son of Henry and Hannah Taylor on August 19th, 2026 in the Salt Lake Temple Come and celebrate with us Utah Reception Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 From: 6:00-9:30pm The Reception House 12345 Fake Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84102 Arizona Reception Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 From: 7:00-9:00pm The Ranch House in Fake Ranch 4444 Fake Drive Gilbert, AZ 85297 We are registered at Target and Amazon Venmo: fake-venmo
